Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

This is a starter draft — have it reviewed before you rely on it for a public release.

1. Using GreenA

GreenA is provided free of charge, with no ads and no subscription required. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. What the app does

GreenA lets you scan packaged food, meals, medication packaging, and cosmetic/baby-care products using your device's camera, and returns information generated by automated (AI) analysis — nutrition facts, ingredient notes, ratings, and similar content.

### Not medical or professional advice

Nutrition, ingredient, and product information is generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong.
Medication information comes from public FDA/NIH label data — it is not a medical recommendation. Always check the physical package and consult a pharmacist or doctor before taking any medication.
Always check a product's actual label before consuming it, especially if you have allergies or a medical condition.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for anything that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use GreenA to scan or submit content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or attempts to abuse or overload the service.

5. Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

6. Contact

Questions about these terms: info@softsfab.com, or use "Contact us" in the app.
