What we collect

Photos you scan — sent to our servers to be analyzed, and the resulting item (not necessarily the raw photo) is stored so it shows up in your history.
Account info — your email and, if you choose, a profile name; or a Google/Apple identity if you sign in that way.
Device identifier — a random id used to tie your scans to your device/account, not to identify you personally.
Location (zip code) — used only to localize nutrition/restaurant results if you provide it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data.
We don't run ads or ad-tracking SDKs in this app.
We don't share your scans with anyone outside the services required to analyze them (our AI provider) and our own servers.

Camera & photo access

GreenA asks for camera and photo-library access only to let you scan and analyze items — photos aren't used for any other purpose.

Data retention

Your scan history stays in your account until you delete it (swipe to delete on any item) or delete your account entirely, which you can do from Profile.

Third parties

We use third-party services to power scanning and analysis (AI providers, nutrition/medication/restaurant data sources). These providers process what's needed to return a result and are bound by their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can delete individual scans, delete your account, or contact us to ask what data we hold about you.
